The strange still lingers here.
Presented by Raymond James, the Soul of the City Tour returns to Elmwood Cemetery on October 16 and 17th.
For more than twenty years, the gates of Elmwood have opened each fall, allowing our storied residents to return from beyond and share their tales. But this year, something stranger is stirring.
Welcome to Soul of the City: Elmwood Obscura, where we venture beyond the familiar and into the mystical, mysterious, unexplained, and nearly forgotten corners of Elmwood’s history.
Séances and spirits. Strange visions and mysterious fortunes. Curious beliefs, unexplained encounters, and stories so peculiar they seem more like legend than history. These are the tales that have lingered in the shadows, waiting for their turn to be told.
On Friday, October 16, and Saturday, October 17, 2026, Elmwood’s residents will rise once more to tell their stories. Some are haunting. Some are astonishing. Some may leave you wondering what is history, what is legend, and what might still be lurking just beyond the veil.
This year, step into the shadows and discover Elmwood Obscura.
Tickets range from $22–$27, and children 12 and under are admitted free.
Grab beverages and dinner on-site, too! Friday night's food truck will be Hot 'n Heavy Dogs. Saturday's food truck will be announced.
The Tipsy Tumbler will have beverages for sale on both nights. Some seating will be available.
The Soul of the City Tour is a walking tour and lasts approximately 75 minutes. Paths are wheelchair accessible.
